Damaged Product Returns

  • If your product arrives damaged, we are here to help.
  • Returns are accepted only for items damaged during delivery, report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Write an email to us at frombhavo@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a free pickup of the damaged product.
  • After we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 15 days.
  • Note:  We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, we're genuinely sorry. To register a damage-related return request, please ensure to record a video while opening your package. It helps us to process your claim quickly and fairly.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • After dispatch, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • We do not offer direct refunds for cancellations.
  • Instead, you can:
    • Exchange your order for a product of equal or higher value (paying the difference if needed), or
    • Choose store credit to use for a future purchase, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
